We work directly with responsible manufacturers who disclose to us how 11 allergens are processed in their facilities and on the lines where each product is manufactured. We track: peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, milk, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, gluten, sesame and mustard and can advise you whether products are suitable for your family's dietary retrictions based on profiles you enter.

We make all of our food in our own food-allergen safe facility and have a proprietary, allergen-safe ingredient supply chain that ensures all of our foods are completely free of the top 14 food allergens (EU standard) and corn.

Satisfaction Policy

We have an email portal ("realhuman@wholeandfree.com") that consumers can use to communicate with us, provide feedback, etc.. One of the company's Co-Founders personally manages this seven days per week and responds promptly to all customer feedback. We always provide refunds or make-good product if any of our customers are less than delighted with our product for any reason.
